1105 Schrock Road - Columbus, Ohio

1105 Schrock Road is an eight story office building visible from I-71. In order to attract new potential tenants, some interior updating was necessary. The ceiling in the lobby was updated to a clean, bright white tile with new lighting. An information desk at the entry door was added with a touch-screen directory of the building. The existing seating area was reupholstered to an updated pattern along with new carpeting and a large flat-screen television.
